Good Target Practice. Does it get scared? Who nows it might like it or not give a crap. If its a hard plastic shell it probably doesn't make any more noise to it than when its rolling around. If its for serious training purposes then why not
 . Its not like you aren't gonna scare the crap out of every living animal when you are out target shooting. If its just for pleasure then your are sadistic.

Someone using an airsoft gun for anything other than playing airsoft or target practice (shooting at a paper target, safe inanimate object) should have their balls put in a vice, as that's exactly the sort of stupid irresponsible shit that ends up getting bad publicity and getting the guns banned.
