She was tried in some southern CA hollywood court. It took about ten minutes for the whole thing. Needless to say, she was found not guilty. The whole purpose was to prevent trying her again because of double jeopardy.
Yecch! She can convert to anything she wants to, she's still a traitor. |

This is one of the great injustices of our time. She should have been thrown in jail for about 20 years as an alternative to being taken out and shot.

For those of us who were alive and cognizant at the time H.J. was doing her dastardly deeds, it will never, ever be forgotten. Treason is a capital crime just like murder because once the unthinkable act is committed, you get no more chances to rectify it.....it's that big a deal. Having rich and powerful friends will let you get away with murder (and treason), but it will not be forgotten. FYJ........

I'm only 36 about years old, so I think this is a realistic goal.
When she dies - if she's buried in a place with public access, I'd like to drop by and get pics of me and maybe a few buddies dancing on her grave - literally. That could be the high point of a pretty cool road trip. Tate |

Do I think H.J. is a traitor?...YES.. do I belive this story? ...NO.. If you read this carefully you will realize the guy is not a lawer. and If you read this carefully you will see the urbin legend. Much as I would like to believe this peice of crap it is crap.

The whole purpose was to prevent trying her again because of double jeopardy... Then it should have worked in the case of Stacy Koon, Lawrence Powell, Theodore Briseno, and Timothy Wind. |
