I remember when this happened and the family being all over the news saying the man did nothing wrong. I had, of course, disregarded their comments because 999/1000 of these end up being 100% the fault of the deceased scumbag. I had forgotten about it though, so Im glad I saw this body cam today and it confirmed for me that, again, this is 100% the fault of the scum bag and the family is equally scummy for attempting to get a payday out of it.

They need the BIG can Also, pepper spray means you get to eat it, too. Assuming you aren't terribly effected you still get to fight the drunk guy and you shouldn't tase him afterward. I think he was hoping for a good tase to help him get cuffs on. Just like the pepper spray, it doesn't always work, but you can try still pepper spray after the taser is ineffective (situation permitting). |
