Quoted: We're bringing home this female German Shepherd puppy in ten days. We're looking for a name that's classic, classy, and that we can yell across a neighborhood or a park without becoming outcasts or getting arrested. Spent about a half hour with her today. She followed my two year old around constantly, came right to him when he sat down to lick him in the face, and has a very calm temperament. This is Ada , (long a sound on the first a, then da) our pup. I just through google at Germanic names but arent german really sounding and picked it. Also it is easy to yell and say.
Attached File Ada is a feminine given name. One origin is the Germanic element "adel-" meaning "nobility", for example as part of the names Adelaide and Adeline. The name can also trace to a Hebrew origin, sometimes spelled Adah ?????, meaning "adornment". Meaning: "noble, nobility", "adornment", "first daughter" |

Prince , named after the best dog that I’ve ever had , or just Dawg , because John Wayne is a badass !
