I dunno in normal legal practice it would seem very difficult to establish different numers/means of fraud she comes up with in a work day.

She has gone up against the intelligence apparatus of the United States government and won.
To not see a smear campaign coming for her 100 miles away is pretty short sighted. The closer she gets to the truth the more radioactive they will try to make her to get her away from the campaign, just like they did to Flynn.
