I was not expecting my last tweet to get the attention it did. \uD83D\uDE2C To be clear, this is a *potential* huge discovery. Further studies are being done now already. Not 100% anything yet, but the scientists involved, mainstream and credible, seem confident enough to announce it.

Nothing to do with Mars. But, without saying too much, the discovery itself is unambiguous, according to the scientists. It’s a question of only two possibilities. These scientists, at least, prefer the much more exciting one, and say the other one is very unlikely. \uD83E\uDD14

What's exciting to an Astronamist isn't going to move the needle for the general public. My guess is they may have found a star in the 435 Quadrant of the Zulu galaxy that could be within a million miles of planet 34a-6. They will know for sure in 10000 light years though so stay tuned!
