I ate so many packs of double stuffed growing up that these days to much of the creme makes me gag. Original Oreo's are the best and will always be the best.
I know, I'm a terrible 13'er and I should feel bad.

Gross. That “stuff” in the middle is pretty much sweetened Crisco. I love golden Oreos. I just scrape out the crisco and enjoy the cookie with some milk.

Is it just me or is there an actual difference in taste between the BULK Oreos you buy at Sam's and Costco versus the regular pack you buy at a grocery store (Hy-Vee/Price Chopper/Wal-Mart). With bulk cookies they seem to have a different taste that I don't care for. Anyone else notice it? My understanding is that Oreos are produced at three different U.S. factories (New Jersey, Oregon, and Virginia) and in Mexico. I wonder if one plant just does bulk Oreos, hence the possible difference in taste.
