I'm sitting here trying to decide... I'm buying no matter what. But just buy BTC first and sit, or buy altcoins that have corrected now? Hmmm.

Litecoin below $200, ETH about to dip below $1,000. Bitcoin flirted with $10,000 territory.

Coinbase keeps cancelling my buy orders instantly, citing issues with my bank. Except there are no issues on my side as far as I can tell.

Meh, that's the name of the game.
I'm so far ahead at this point if it crashes another 50% I still made money. If you can't stomach the swings don't get in the market! |

I love how everyone forgets that BitCoin once dropped from $1000 to $100 (or less, can't remember).

I'm thinking this crash is result of Wall Street banks thatve pumped a shit ton of capital into crypto are now extracting to shake the market hoping to acquire more coins at lows.
If so, the bottom will be a very sharp turn back into massive buying |

NEO dipped to $130 this morning. That is a fantasic price for a coin that is going to blow up this year.

In before the “Bitcoin is a scam” FUDs. Like it or loathe it, Bitcoin is essentially a virtual trinket. It is not really that different to the fantasy games where players are paying $$$ from some virtual magic sword from an RPG. It has no material form and no nation or Govt is going to go to war for it if Bitcoin currency slumps or is somehow stolen. The value is perceived and based on what is popular at the time. I don't doubt that crypto-currencies are likely to play a greater and greater role in our global economy, but the conditions are not right yet. When Bitcoin values went high all that happened was several other virtual trinket currencies suddenly appears as tidy speculator made assumptions on the markets. The problems that there is no limit on the markets - anew internet trinket can be invented any time and unlike national currencies which are limited by the number of countries in the world, the number of virtual trinkets is limitless which does not provide a stable market base for trading. The scepticism is deserved and quite valid. |

The cost of everything is slamming way down low and I couldn't be happy about the potential of that.

Alts recovering nicely, this is why you HODL and buy on dips.

I've been making buys when the price drops using a visa card, which gets paid in full every month. Mainly because it is faster than waiting for bank transfers. View Quote |

Bitcoin is over bought. Has been for over a month. $15+ transactions kills its utility. A heavy cycle down is pretty likely IMO. I sold all my BTC in the last month. I expect all the alts will get drug down with it.

BTC would have to drop to $1K to start cutting into my initial investment. And I really don't care either way, because it was just some play money that I threw in to start.

Why dont u people go back to investing in comic books and pokemon cards.

If only I could figure out the fundamentals of what causes price changes in bitcoin I would be a rich man.
Does anyone have any insight? I mean it can’t be because one fool wants to buy something and another fool wants to sell that thing, right? |

Your statement is nonsensical. As a trader, you should be attuned to what people are offering for the items you hold. What is "low" or "high"? Those are some price point that someone else (or a bot) decided to buy or sell. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:
