I served with 1stLt Moulton, he was a Platoon mate at The Basic School.

The idea isn't as uncommon among .mil as many here seem to think.
We've had them disarming populaces for a decade, and telling them that if someone has a rifle in their hands, they're clear to shoot. It's not surprising that the mentality sticks with them when they come back. |
