STL has earned some of the hate for stupidity.... But he hails from Delaware and Scranton PA. Both Northern states IIRC. Missouri wants nothing to do with that buffoon. I'd suggest putting a stick up his ass and posting him in a corn field somewhere so he could finally be useful, but he'd fuck that up too. |

View Quote When Washington first legalized it, I read the DUI laws pertaining to it because I was familiar with testing for THC. They wrote in a line that said something along the lines of "... unless there's proof of use between the act and testing". My mind immediately went to "well, if I was driving stoned, I'd just show the cop an edible in the package and take a bite before I gave him my license". I think they have stopped actually enforcing laws there now anyway, so I guess it doesn't matter. Lol I'm recently finding myself especially bitter about what happened to Washington over the last ~15 years. |

In an era of stress and anxiety, when the present seems unstable and the future unlikely, the natural response is to withdraw from reality, taking recourse in fantasies of the future or in modified visions of a half-imagined past.

Just don’t get drunk there on your first day Jesus I thought that I was gonna die A few friends and I went up to Golden to tour the Coors factory. We got a hotel room and decided to party it up. I ended up throwing up under the arch that says "Welcome to Golden" after getting carried out of the bar. One friend passed out in a planter on the corner. Another wandered off and when we woke up he wasn't in the room and calling his phone went to voicemail. We decided to get up and try to retrace our steps from the night to see if we could find him. As we're getting up we see shoes sticking out from under one of the beds. It was our friend that wandered off. We then realized one of us was missing a wallet, so off we go. We find it in the street in front of the bar with tire marks across it. The guy that passed out in the planter found his keys in it. Rough night. |

An arbitrary number isn't going to be the way to determine it. A video of someone who can't perform basic skills in roadside tests is more telling than a ppm test. I don't have a better answer though and I get there has to be a legal standard but I also survived riding with a friend's mom who pounded oxy like it was food and as far as I know there's no real number for that but she lived on a different plane than the rest of us. For the second thing. It comes down to talking to your damn kids. My son and I have had talks about drug use and I focused on brain development instead of the reefer madness shtick. I even included alcohol in the discussion because it has so so many damaging effects on young brains that I wish I had known. He's kinda turned off about cannabis, since we go to a lot of concerts together and end up coming home smelling like weed and he hates it. |
