6/13/24 opinion that vacated the rule V. CONCLUSION For the reasons set out above, the Court GRANTS Plaintiffs’ Motion for Summary Judgment on the grounds that the Final Rule violated the APA’s procedural requirements because it was arbitrary and capricious and was not a logical outgrowth of the Proposed Rule; DENIES Defendants’ Cross Motion for Summary Judgment; DENIES Plaintiffs’ request for a permanent injunction; and VACATES the Final Rule. SO ORDERED this 13th day of June, 2024. |

LOL. I just got an SBA4 coming today for my new Tac 14. Guess that means it will be a SBS?
But the hood rats are free to roam the streets with their wish glock switches yo. |

We got 120 days to register. However, there is an interesting area that they created. Providing you use the brace as is and not shouldering. It is off of the website.
So, does this mean I just need to use the brace as required without registering as a NFA item. |

They did not adopt the Worksheet 4999.
Instead, anything that provides a surface that can be shouldered is a stock. Form 1 is free to make your braced gun a SBR. I'm not a lawyer, but that's what I see. |

So, can lawsuits start once it's published in the federal register? Or not until after the 120 days?
|
|
Does this have to be registered?
(Removed, CoC-2~ guns762) Edit: asking for a friend of course. |
|
|
So the 120 day thing...
does that mean they aren't enforcing the rule for 120 days or just that someone has 120 days to comply in some fashion? On day 90, someone has a braced pistol and is pulled over... 30 days to comply still or charged with possession of an SBR? |

Oh, look, you can't register to your trust unless it was on your schedule before today.

Can I return my new AKV for a full refund?
As if anyone really thought the ATF "comment period" would make one damn bit of difference. The fix was in from the beginning. Then announced the Friday of a 3-day weekend. |

Say hello to 3-4 year backlog of Form 1's if its true they are going to let people file them for free

I'm not complying. They said it was okay for ten years, just like bumpstocks.

$200 is waived once registering such platform as a SBR...from 120-days of the official ruling after the registrar is in...
