I'm in FL, wife is still in TN (less than 2 weeks and counting - woot!)

She calls me a few days ago saying the hot water heater may be fuxx0red.  I thought it might be an element, and Sig told me he could probably replace it.  He shows up today and quickly determines the water heater is ancient, on its last leg, rusted through, and in need of replacement.  He spent the entire day pulling the old one out, installing the new one, and will be back tomorrow to get the final fittings done.

Of course, he had an ulterior motive - he's moving into the house next month and renting it - he and all his wimmenz need their hot water - lol.

I gifted him with a new Hakko Tacpoint for his AR as a way of saying "Thanks" - plus I think the wife took him out to dinner.  And now, as we speak, I think he's on his way over to one of his wimmenz places to get some dessert - I think "Pie" may be on the menu tonight
