read a thing in the American Rifleman about Boy Scout Marksmanship badge in 1914 -
Got to thinking maybe we (local BSA shooting sports committee) can recreate the test for the 100th anniversary next year
Anyway I'm guessing the NRA would be the place to look but where

Any 4H Shooting sports enter will have stacks of official 10m targets, and you can find them elsewhere like Pyramid Air, CMP, all sorts of places.

The BSA or the NRA might have something archived. Another source to check is the American Target Company, you never know, they might be pack rats with examples of obsolete targets. One last place is the Smithsonian, but you'll have to dig through thousands of pages of fiche photos.
The standard 50ft target probably hasn't changed since 1914.

That's kind of what I was getting at, as well.

Since it was an NRA official 50 foot small bore target, you would start with the NRA. A quick google search returned - Rifle Department (Smallbore, High Power & Air Gun) - [email protected])
"10 meter targets" are not 50 foot targets (50 feet = 15.24 meters)
Someone at the NRA has the files on the development of the targets. A "modern" 50 foot target comes in 1 and 5 bullseye variants.
The bullseyes are the same size. I shot the type on the right at the Citadel's summer camp in 1967 in the NRA small bore program.

I think it has -
10 shots off hand for 38
10 shots prone for 42
80 / 100 – seems the target only goes to 5 points max
course we could just scale it to the standard 50' target

The targets I shot for 50' smallbore rifle in high school (late '80's) had twelve bulls. The two center ones were for zeroing, the outer ten were for scoring.

That's the NRA / USAS-50 scaled down "50 meter International Smallbore Rifle Target reduced for firing at 50 feet. " It probably wasn't used by the NRA in 1914.
