Hey 1gun,
I haven't really delved into the satellite web access deeply, but things to keep in mind.
2-way vs. Hybrid (1-way)
Recently (since the last time I looked), you can finally get a 2-way satellite connection. Prior, you basicly had the incomming data via satellite, and outgoing data via a phone line and a 28.8 to 33.6 modem(1-way).
Personally, I would go for the 2-way connection. Now you may not get the speeds of cable or DSL, but it will be faster than 28.8 connection. I just recently moved off a 1-way cable modem, and let me tell you... it sucked. 2-way connections are well worth it.
As for a provider, a quick Google search revealed the following.
