Burt Reynolds slapped a CBS producer today at the NY premiere of The Longest Yard. Why?
According to the report on CBS 2 out of NY, because the dickhead producer had never seen the original The Longest Yard and was asking Reynolds to tell him more about the film.
Check there for possible video. I gave the site a cursory glance and didn't see anything about the story.

Burt was great in the original, and why the producer didn't do his homework on the original is typical of the media not researching they're stories. Bags

+1
It was a tap. Maybe out of line, but not violent by any means. Reporter was a dumbass. It was kind of like a "wake up" slap.
