This will burn off one of two ways.
Quick way: Just dissipates and lifts. Usually clear by 9am.
Slow way: Lifts but forms low cloud layer. Cloud layer breaks up when sun gets high enough. Usually clears between eleven and noon.

Easiest for you is go to Start | Programs | Accessories | Character Map
Otherwise you can hold down ALT and type in the decimal number of what you want to represent on the numeric keypad side (which I don't have, since I have a Happy Hacker keyboard and run Linux...)
