Its been well over a month and i havent heard a word from anyone, I've sent emails and IM's and have received no responses. I see people getting their memberships activated the day after they pay with credit card. I'm not the type to whine, but one month is outragous! If i sold something on the EE to someone and they sent the payment and after one month they havent received anything or heard from me what would they think? Well thats how i'm thinking. Either send the money back or activate the account. Or at least return my God damn emails and IM's!!!

I understand your frustation, and you have a Very valid complaint. I will also see if I can expidite the process a bit.

Was this paid by by Money Order, PayPal, Credit Card?

If Money Order, was your board name on the MO for note?

That is the only thing I know of that slows down the process greatly (not being able to link address/email to an existing username).

Thanks for your patience, this is the forum where people post their upgrade problems (Also, sending an IM to staff helps, any staff).

I sent a Money order for my payment, I dont recall if i did or did not put my user name on the MO, but the letter that was sent with it absolutely had my user name on it. Thanks for looking into this for me. McM

Please email me the paypal transaction id for this. We never received a payment notice from paypal concerning your store purchase.

Motorcityman, im not sure how your account was missed, but I never received any emails regarding the problem. You should be set.
