My bathroom is in bad need of an overhaul, but I will need to still use it as I don't have another.
Now, my tub is an old enameled cast iron one in advocado or lava soap green.
Nothing wrong with it, just needs cleaned up good.
Anyway, wouldn't be much of an issue if it were white.

Kohler still makes a bunch of colors, so that would be my best guess. But in reality I doubt they still have that color.

I had Mr. Refinish do my salmon color tub and tile bathroom to all white, no complaints.

Has to be 8 to 10 years now

Yes, if they don't stock it you can probably special order it.
Also, there are companies that specialize in refinishing old bathtubs.

Yeah, I worked the plumbing dept at Home Depot 10 years ago or so when I was in college. You literally wouldn't believe the array of ugly-ass colors you can special order a tub, sink, or shitter,
