its hard to make something that small look good, blown up. even with interpolation.

Anything beyond 400% is going to take quite a bit of work to make look nice. IMHO 400% is pushing it perhaps a little too far without more work, but maybe you can manage the cleanup of the image?

Thanks! Both if those will work. I've got a graphic artist that will use those images for a project of mine. I'll post the results when she's done.
