Unlimited Ammo glitch in MW2

Anyone every played a game like this?
Seems recently there have been alot of game rooms popping up that are unlimited ammo. I just got out of a domination room like this and it was insane. Noob tubes have unlimited ammo and no reload time. The board gets spammed with them, AC130s also have unlimited ammo and no reload time. The main gun on the AC130 fires like a fucking minigun and you just lay rape upon those unfortunate bastards below you.
Almost every game ends with a nuke as long as you have both AC130 and Nuke set up.

Google search turned up similar reports and it seems this is happening alot.

I think so. You get unlimited ammo, missiles, grenades, throwing knife, claymores etc.... only on "Ground War" IIRC.

It happened to me in TDM.

When it did it pissed me off until I realized everybody could do it, the AC130 is a lot of fun with a happy switch.

I think it is something with the patch cause I just go out of a ground war game. The game lasted well over an hour we didn't have unlimited ammo but the time and score was. Honestly if I could have changed my kits around I would have completed every weapon.

Its a new thing since the patch. It allows someone to set up a private match and set up the paramaters of the game(ie. no time limit, no score limit, etc. ) Hopefully they will patch this out soon. The game rooms are 18 max and can only be ground war or free for all. When ever me and my buddies get dropped into it we always back out before the game starts. People are just using it to boot their scores and rank up their weapons.

unlimited ammo is a mod that is viral,1 player has a modded console that stores the viral glitch in your cache,turn off your console and turn it back on and it will clear the virus.

Its kinda of fun for awhile, while most people are distracted by mortaring noob-tubes, I just pick them off with a sniper.

#MW2 Update in Test now: 1887s Balanced. Public "private" Match fix. Infinite Ammo fix. Prestige Hack on PS3 fix. Texture Hack on PC fix.

it's getting fixed, just give it a little time. The above quote is from one of the mw2 guys twitter.

I got into a domination game with unlimited time/Kills.....in RUST!! it was exhausting...but fun.....
