Well, I'm surprised that this forum isn't cluttered with New Year's resolutions.
A little background: I'll be 39 years old in 19 days. I'm around 5'-11" and 170#. I do a lot of deer hunting for 3 months a year, which keeps me in "halfway decent shape" due to climbing hills with a 20# treestand on my back. I still get a little winded if I try to climb steep hills at a rapid pace.
Anyway, I'm pretty satisfied with my overall body proportioning, with the exception of my stomach. I don't really feel the need to lose much weight (perhaps 10#, if any). I'm basically interested in flattening my stomach and becoming physically fit to the point that I don't get out of breath. I figure that I'm not getting any younger, so I'd better start now. I don't drink alcohol, smoke, or do drugs.
Any advice?
