IF you goto exrx.net and you have a clamp it will tell you on there.
Also bodyforlife.com has one on there also if you have a clamp. That is the best way to get % of body fat. |

You could use the army body fat method. Just do a search for AR 600-9 and body fat and you measure your neck and belly and the spreadsheet does the rest.
