Anybody else trying this? I normally go with the standard powdered protein shakes but my friend swears by these.... 160 calories and 40 grams of protein.
I had an apple melon one yesterday... had a chalky aftertaste and, quite frankly, I was sick to my stomach afterwards. But ::sheepish grin:: the nausea COULD have been from the Hypnotic Martinis I was swilling the night before.....

You should always eat something befoe you drink that stuff.

I did.... post-drinking cure.... Egg McMuffin, coffee and OJ.
 Felt fine all morning at the gym. Got queasy after I drank that stuff and I would burp ('scuse me!) and taste it all day.

Are you referring to the Isopure or the hypnotic martinis? Miss Magnum those martinis aren't made with Ketamine (Ruffies) instead of Vermouth are they? |

The "Blue Hpnotiq" (also known as "Hpnotiq Cosmo Blu") is made as
follows: 2 ounces Hpnotiq liqueur 1 ounce Absolut Citron vodka Splash of white cranberry juice Shake well and pour, ice cold, into a martini glass with a blue glowstick for garnish. My bartender added a little pineapple juice for some "sweet-tart." Mmmmmmmm.... ::rubbing tummy:: |
