Breakfast was thyroid pill and a banana. I do eat Bananas because I always have slightly low potassium.
Lunch was a large salad with ham, cheese, cottage cheese, and bacon.
Dinner was a chicken breast, sweet potato, and cottage cheese.
I'm pretty satisfied right now, but will probably have some cheese or cottage cheese for a snack later.
I did keto last winter when I was 215 lbs and got down to 165 or so when all was said and done.
Keto works no doubt about it.
I like to cheat once a week, and on keto I just felt too shitty after a cheat meal. Sweating, veins bulging, and heart racing.
I did read a handful of articles saying that cheating on keto and introducing sugar and carbs is harmful to blood vessels.
