I have most of his upgrades on a Dillon XL650. I like them quite a bit. I would venture to guess that they are just a good on the 750, but as I said, that is just a guess.

I also have those for my 650...
I recently installed them and it has messed my press up.
I’m waiting on parts from Dillon and haven’t given up on the “upgrades” yet.
It smoothed the press out until it messed up the timing and broke parts.
I still have an open mind... but go in eyes wide open.
YMMV

It’s hard to say... the Dillon rep is sending me a new platform, all the indexing parts, and said “you’ll have a ton of parts to install.”
I personally think it messed the timing up and cracked the indexing ring...
The Dillon rep did say my XL650 is super old!! (Probably close to 30 years old.)

I had those same "upgrades", also on a very old xl650. I removed them, I did not find any benefit to using them. I recall something about the roller cam being irksome but it has been years since I removed the part and I cannot recall what it was.
