Just wanted to post again on this because I just ordered some pads on the 15th and got them on the 17th.  The funny thing was I was just finishing up some work on the helmet shell and so their arrival was perfect timing.  This is twice in a row I have ordered stuff and gotten it pretty quick.  Since I have complained about the wait times in the past, to be fair, I wanted to compliment about the fast service lately.  Two days from Kali to NC is PDQ.

Again, I think if they have it in stock, they ship it right out.  If they don't you have to wait on the vendor.  Outfits like OpsCore and Safariland are pretty infamous by now about their uh indifference to the civilian market.  That's not the retailer's fault.  Some actively try and keep civilians from using their products, for fear of the "enemy" showing up in it, but that's a topic for another discussion.  Suffice it to say, TNVC takes some lumps just because of the nature of the kit they sell, and the intransience of the mfg.'s.  So kudos to them for kicking shipping ass whenever possible.

Another mission success.  Ordered a NV IFF light and it surprised me on how fast it got here.  They are way under a week from Kali to NC.  Working on another helmet project and just ordered some parts for that.  Stay tuned.

Second helmet done and dusted.  Parts came in pretty fast for that one as well.
