I have one and it will not stay zeroed, the laser holding devise is plastic and the adjustment screw won't hold the laser straight. The software works ok but at 8 feet I have to aim off the target to get it to register a hit.

I have a six lane system and used it every day for the last five weeks.   We trained 203 members with 5K rounds less rounds expended compared to last year (179 members were trained last year, so the reduction in expended rounds is even greater per student).  Stats also show double the number of higher level qualifications such as Sharpshooter and Expert.

If employed in an effective and specific manner you'll see results, without a plan it can turn into an expensive game.  Also students and staff can develop/use improper techniques if gamed.

ETA-   Zeroing issues?  I have both the internal and external lasers.  I've used clear tape on the inserts to tighten them up a bit, spin them in and turn to align laser to point of aim.  Once you tinker with it a few times you shouldn't have problems.   For point shooting at center mass you'll not notice it much, for training bullseye shooters you'll get to the point that they can call thier shots, it's that accurate.
