Is the Springfield M1A considered AW by NY?
what about semi auto tube fed 22lr rifles like - browning sa-22, marlin 60, and what about lever action like marlin 39A? Do any of these guns need to be registered? or only NCIS check? |

May be sarcasm but I've read more than a few posts from people in CA who want to register since they think they'll de-ban their guns once registered*... stop me when you've heard this story before... *I have not read the CA laws yet so I can't confirm or not if it will actually work like that |
