MILWAUKEE, WI — The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that it is not a violation of constitutional rights if police break down a citizen’s door, search the home, and confiscate firearms, so long that they believe it is in the citizen’s best interest. Who decides that? |
|
And how many Government (self approved) programs violating Constitutional Amendments [s]have[/s[] have NOT been abused?
Bad Cop 1: "Lets go kick in that scum bags door and shoot his dog." Bad Cop 2: "We can't do that, we've got to get a warrant first." Bad Cop 1: "I think he said something about killing something." (could have been the weeds in his Garden, also not approved in some Communities) Bad Cop 2: "Well that's all we need; He's going to harm someone/thing" You sit there and tell me this won't be abused and I'll call BULLSHIT! NDAA; not abused? Patriot Act: not abused? Spying/surveillance of US Citizens: not abused?
