OK well I went ahead and attacked it from the anonymous side of things through TOR.
What concerns me is that this form is actually being compared against a live database. Notice in the second shot that it says in the pink box that it does not match their records. This is being compared against a live DMV database to verify that the information is accurate. That means that they are serious abound this registry. We are a petri dish for the rest of the country.... we are a damn test subject. They want a national registry and the simple fact that they want to cross reference it with a State ID database should tell you that this isn't something to laugh at.

I'm sure they just ignore that info if you back out of the process after the first page.... |
