Thanks for the clarification!

I thought a State of Emergency had been declared in light of Cuomo's rampant stupidity.

I was waiting outside with my BS shovel.

Yeah the "declared a state of emergency Friday" was kind of a big hint right from the start.

That's so fucking lame, we get a foot of snow overnight up here and life goes on, as does school, work, govt. opeations, etc,
"State of Emergency" gives the King a boost in ego: "See, I'm taking good care of my little people, stand strong, FEMA will be along with some money for you."  FSA enabling fucktards in Office.

If the same storm were to hit Upstate and leave NYC alone, he probably wouldn't have a word to say about it. But since its affecting the center of HIS universe, he is in the media sounding the alert so people have to hear that annoying voice

Shit it wouldn't even make local news.

All the city would hear would be "Snow Upstate"  and then pile into their cars and head to the Catskills to ski.  Shit happened a few years ago when we got 7 foot of snow is a wierd localized storm.  People were abandoning their cars on P-ville mountain and walking to the slopes.  The Town supervisors wanted to declare a SOE but the ski slopes twisted Lopez's arm to keep the roads "open"
