Im selling a 10rd magazine tube on the EE (its SPF).  Money shows up today...guy is a New Yorker.  Excuse my ignorance about your peril...but didnt you just get a magazine restriction from 10rd to 7rd?  Can I legally sell this extension tube to this person?

Google was zero help.

Thanks in advance!

Dude, you're in TEXAS.  It's the buyer's problem, not yours.  The only thing you have to worry about is, did you get the money?  If so, ship it!

Well, let's see.  the tube itself is NOT a banned item.  if the end user in any way modifies their firearm to accept more than seven rounds it's on them.  Regardless, it is GTG till 14APR13.

Sure, it's listed in the NYS Penal Code under "What the fuck are you gonna do to me 2000 miles away, assholes!"

I believe I have asked this before. Please show us a case where somone in another state was prosecuted for violating a New York law by doing something legal in their home state.

Case citations don't work like that.  Are you really that dense?

A 10 round extension?

How long is that? I assume its for an 870, that would be more than 2x again as long as the regular tube..regular 4 round tube is about 10".so I am guessing it would stick out 30" from the gun?

What is the purpose of such a thing, I really don't give a shit what someone wants to do to their gun, but that just seems weird and ungainly.
