Ok question for you guys and gals (hope this is the right section for this);
I have a complete AR-15 upper for sale (with non-pinned flash hider, no bayo lug). A gentleman from New York wants to purchase this from me. Is this legal to ship to him? I'm not sure what is all going on with the NY laws these days, so if anyone has more info please let me know. In my opinion an upper is no different than a candy jar or a book - a non registered item that can be shipped direct to your door. But than again there are some goofy laws out there. I just don't want to get bit in the ass. Thanks for any help. |
