Less then 17 miles from the Throgs Neck Bridge. All parkways from bridges right to the show. Take LIE to Exit 38 South or Southern State Parkway to Exit 22 South, Meadowbrook Parkway to Exit M9 West. The Freeport Recreation Center is ยผ mile West of the Meadowbrook Parkway on the South side of Merrick Road. Show Hours: Saturday: 9 AM to 4 PM Sunday 9 AM to 2 PM FUTURE SHOWS: December 8 - 9, 2012, February 23 - 24, 2013 $1.00 OFF ADMISSION WITH THIS CARD And the show in Hauppauge is the same days it is at the ibew hall 370 motor pkwy. THE HAUPPAUGE SHOW IS MORE OF MODERN STUFF LAST YEAR I GOT SOME GOOD DEALS
THE FREEPORT SHOW HAS MORE OF THE ANTIQUE STUFF WITH A LITTLE MODERN STUFF NO HANDGUNS OF MODERN DESIGN AT EITHER I GO TO WHICH EVER SHOW I CAN HELP OUT AT THE NRA TABLE . AND IF THERE IS MORE DEMAND FOR THE SHOWS WE MIGHT GET MORE OF THEM . |

I went a bit earlier than I thought so I probably missed you. The show was, well, as I expected.
The only thing I found of interest was a very lonely HK-91 rifle with bipod and carry handle sitting all the way in the corner of the show. Of course, it was priced at 5200 bucks. Thats more than 2x high retail, even after taking off $500 for the included .22 kit (which is neither rare nor particularly valuable). |

The show is over .... Thank you to all who came by and dropped off cookies , said hello and a extra big thank you for the NRA cupcakes . The shows had its good buys and its over priced stuff, but it is a long island gun show and we do not have many . The next one is in babylon on Oct 13 th
