I purchased a PK-A scope and have to install a scope rail to the side of an Arsenal AK 47 milled receiver. I can't seem to find anyone that can do that. Problem is having the right tools to set the rivets. I live in Poughkeepsie, NY Hudson Valley area. Any help would be much appreciated.
