Just welded one on a post-ban rifle.  Seems like a solid comp and it's well made.  T'was a bitch to index on a Rainier Arms select 16" middy though.

Look at the hole in front of the comp.  It is just a little bigger than the Diameter of the 223 bullet head.  not like the larger hole  in an a2 flash hider
