They why list them as preban? We are one of a few states that want them. It seems the only prebans of interest to the other states are sp1's and gov't carbines.
There were three prebans listed. The top one was a sporter hbar and looked to be in the best condition the second was a 20" lightweight with sear block and scuff marks. I can't remember what the third preban was but I think it was also a sporter. They were each $750 shipped. Maybe if you say pretty please to cheaper than dirt you can get one. |

lol, im not bitter or anything,lol and before someone chimes in with the whole supply demand crap...yeah yeah, thats how it works...but it dosent mean what they did was right. total agreement on CTD while price increase during the great Obama gun buying binge was expected...CTD took it to whole new levels, and the way they treat NY customers is enough for me to not business with them. and they would not have shipped those guns to us here in NY...so I dont know why they marked them preban, remember the 70s manufactured mags G3 mags a while back? clearly preban. |

AIM and other companies did this / are doing this (others) still... "PREBAN 15round M1 Carbine Magazine magazine, $20!!!!"..... no sales to NY, CT, NJ, CA.... Wait what??...advertise a magazine as preban, ...particularly a clearly preban product (slab side soviet, or something east german, etc)...and yet restrict its sale from NY??

| I tried to buy some preban magazines of gunbroker awhile back. Listing heading had PREBAN MAGAZINE blasted all over it. I see it had some notation that if you could not legally own them then not to bid so i went ahead and bid. The guy sends me an email the next day telling me to pay his listing fees because i can not own these in NY. I proceeded to tell him to stick it! |
