| I am traveling to Charlotte NC this Wednesday and I want to bring my pistol. I have to fly through Baltimore and catch a connecting flight. I am legal both in NY and NC (Utah Permit). I also will be able to check my bags through to Charlotte. Am I OK/legal going through Baltimore. I have checked the Web and the info unclear. Thanks. |
| As long as you don't get possession of your firearms in Baltimore, and only pick them up after you've arrived in NC, I think you ought to be OK. If you stop your journey in Baltimore for any reason and take possession of your firearms, that's where you might have trouble. |
