For CoBIS considerations, is it possible for a 1911 frame to be "used" if it's not assembled into a functioning pistol? If someone was selling a serialized frame they bought to build and filled out the 4473, would that be considered "used" even though the handgun was never functional?  Just a hypothetical query, nothing more.





I believe we discussed this a few years ago but I can't find the thread it was in.

Nice! I thought this was answered but I couldn't find the thread.  I'm going to feel foolish if it was an obvious title.



This is not good.  I don't have the money.  *sigh*
