Looking to build my 1st .308AR. I would like to use a magpul PRS. Is it considered adjustable or collapsible? If I need to who do I contact to get clarification if it is legal?

I believe it's adjustable I've seen them sold on non LEO weapons that weren't preban

I have one and it's ok, it has an adjustable buttplate not stock body. You're good to go. They are heavy as hell though.
