I am looking at an SW5 clone with a 16" barrel, fixed stock, and preban HK mags. GTG? Seller is unsure. These fall under normal considerations as a legal rifle to my understanding of the AWB.

long as no bayo lug (isnt standard on them i dont think anyhow), its GTG
you said its a fixed stock, 16inch barrel. I assume no flash hider, and no usable threads. Bare barrels again are whats most common for those.
and preban mags...yep GTG.

what is the overall length? must be 26" or greater...I don't imagine it would be less....
