It means they are no longer active because the sponsor left the legislature.

I believe the sponsor also has the option of withdrawing a bill too.
Good riddance to "heat seeking bullets" Eddington.

Good riddance to Eddington.

Bills listed as having Enacting Clause Stricken are killed by the sponsor.

Eddington is out of the Assembly, but the .50 ban bill will be back.  Harold Palmer told Amy Paulin in front of other people the Conservation Council supports it.

Yeah I figured another Assemblyperson would hop on the .50 ban. The NYSCC should stick to the Pheasant Farm and trout stream legislation and shut the hell up about the AWB and .50 caliber bans.

Nobody listens to them about any of that.

I have heard no good about the NYSCC.

At one time, they might have been a force for good, but they have been co-opted and corrupted by the politicians.  That, coupled with a different political climate than say 15-20 years ago, has made them irrelevant.

I'm surprised Eddington didn't mention how deadly a .50 BMG would be on flying reindeer.  If you dip the heat seeking bullet in liquid smoke you can field dress, cook and smoke the deer all with one shot from a .50 BMG.

Don't you need to have the thingy that goes up and down as well in order to aim properly?

The shoulder thing that goes up? I think that comes standard.
