Socialism leads to societal unrest = anarchy. The joker is an anarchist. That link works well enough for me. Plus, it seems to have struck a chord with all the media coverage it has received.
I think the image of every politician who supports Obabma's liberal claptrap, regardless of party, should have their image "joker-ized" and posted at every town hall meeting they dare attend.
