Truthfully nothing I want to repeat because I'm not sure the person that was telling me stuff is not just full of shit. Supposedly his cousin works there and him some stuff. I used to work at in the Bar Shop at GE.

No, unless a certain someone was leaving a really good job. Then it would be crazy. I worked there & loved it. I was offered something better so I jumped ship 2 years ago. Like I said, the person that was telling me this stuff didn't work at GE. It really wasn't anything bad. I hate to be so cryptic but I don't want to spread rumors and I really thought what this guy was telling me was BS

I remember when the workers were parking on Broadway because the lots were so full. Back when my Dad worked LM&G.

They just announced a new $100,000,000 battery plant to be built at the Schenectady Main Plant creating 300 new jobs and at the same time announced up to 200 temporary layoffs.

My father started working for GE there while he was Union College. That was about 1916.
