Hey guys, I have two quick questions that I checked back about 12 pages on, but didn't see any answers to them.
1) If I wanted to get a 14.5" barrel with a muzzle break permanently attached (pinned and welded) so that its overall length is 16" would that be legal in NJ? I know it is in almost every other state, but I just wanted to double check. 2) Are vertical foregrips legal? I was talking to a FFL I use yesterday when I was picking up the lower I'm using to build up a new rifle and he said they are not, but I've seen them around on some ranges so I'm a little confused. |
