Quick question.  I found a pistol in NY I want to buy but don't have a permit here and and moving back to PA in a month.  I have a  permanent address in PA already.  Can I buy the pistol in NY and just have the pistol shipped to my local FFL holder in PA?  I'm legal to own in PA.

sure, I dont see why not. It would be the same as buying a handgun online and having it shipped to your FFL. Just dont expect to be able to finger the gun before purchase, because they probably bust your balls about not having a NY pistol permit..
