And I believe he also has the "critical part" necessary to turn the most recent, though no-longer current, generation of p-mag 30 rounders into jersey-legal 15 rounders very nicely.

The kicker there is that you - the nj civ has to locate and trade for those 30 round bodies, then modify them and add 'the' part, then get the rest of the parts shipped (follower, floor, spring, cover) to turn that legal 'chunk of plastic'  into a 15 round .223 mag.

One of the issues with not using the critical part is that the mag can now hold 16, a serious no-no in the prnj
