I had a scar on my pinky finger when I had my finger prints
taken for my FL.permit.(looks like some weird Croatian demon from the mag reload bite of my XD,WTF). There were no notations on the card to explain it was a scar. Could this cause a problem with identification?

True, just wanted to make sure since it's such a big operation to apply. |
