Is a post ban M1A configured( standard GI stock, no bayo lug) legal with a GI flash hider or Vortex in NYS? All Mags are Preban or 10rnders, BTW...

yes. a regular flash hider is fine since that is your evil feature.

Correct, the M1A does not have a pistol grip which is why the flash is ok, otherwise thats why most semi auto rifles cant have them

As long as it is a NON-LUGGED flash suppressor.

Correct, bayonet lug is another evil feature for AWB purposes.

For you reference, the mag size matters not, it is the "ability" to accept a hi-cap detachable magazine that is the qualifier on a semi auto rifle. You can have no mag in it, firing as a single shot and the same rules still apply because it is semi auto and it can take a hi cap mag.
