Does anyone manufacture NJ compliant 15 round magazines ?? I've seen the 10 rounders.

There arent any that i know of. But with the right tools, its very simple to make your own from a 20rd mag

I made a 11 rounder from a 20 round alloy mag.
if I can do it, anyone can. Just used tin snips and some electrical tape.

or just a saw that cuts metal.
Then you make cuts at the end for the flaps and fold them over
